• Can I connect my own domain?

  Indeed you can! Job Boardly empowers you to seamlessly connect your own domain to your job board. The process is quick and easy, ensuring that your job board reflects your brand identity effortlessly. If you have any questions or need assistance during the domain connection process, our support team is here to help.

• Is there a limit to the number of job postings or users on Job Boardly?

  With Job Boardly, there are no limits or caps the number of job postings or job alerts. Enjoy the freedom to scale your job board without restrictions.

• How can I backfill jobs on my board using Job Boardly?

  Job Boardly provides an automatic backfill feature, allowing you to enrich your job board with relevant content from various sources. Customize the backfill based on category, country, and keyword preferences. You can use either of our best-in-class backfilling tools; the Magic Aggregator or the Turbo Backfiller. You are able to backfill jobs manually or by using our CSV import tool or XML import tool.

• How do backfiller credits work?

  The Turbo Backfiller is one of our most powerful features. It allows you to access our API of 7 million+ active job listings sourced from all over the internet. Backfill credits can be purchased in the app starting at $0.009 per API credit in increments of 1,000 credits for $9 each. Credits only apply to the Turbo Backfiller and Magic Aggregator. Our backfill API gives you access to 7 million+ active job listings. The credit system is pay-as-you go. Only top up when you need, no subscription required. Credits do not expire. Using our backfill API is completely optional, you can also backfill manually using our other backfill tools.

• Are there any additional fees or costs?

  There are no additional fees or costs for using Job Boardly. All features and updates are included. The only additional things available to purchase are backfill API credits or whitelabel, both of which are completely optional.

• Which languages are supported?

  You can create your job board in any language! Currently we support the following languages; English, Spanish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazilian), Finnish, Dutch, French Coming soon: German, Estonian Is your language not listed here? We are happy to add any language for paying customers. Just email hello@jobboardly.com and we will help you out. Note: there is a minimum 14 day wait for new languages to be added and you must purchase a license first.

• Can I integrate with WordPress?

  Short answer, yes! We have many WordPress users and the most common way to use a subdomain (ex. jobs.yourdomain.com). This is the best way to maximize all the SEO benefits of Job Boardly, including our Google Jobs integration and increasing your domain authority, while maintaining your current site.
